"твердое" предложение покупателя
На внебиржевых рынках предложения бывают номинальными или информационными и могут меняться в зависимости от размера указанной в приказе партии. Для того чтобы удостовериться, что цена покупателя или продавца котируется по сделке данного объема, заинтересованное лицо обычно запрашивает "твердую" котировку в связи с конкретным предложением, которая отличается от информационной котировки.
